Dedicated disabled parking bays are conveniently located close to mall entrances across both the open-air and undercover parking areas. These bays are clearly marked and provide easy, direct access to elevators and main entrances, ensuring a smooth and stress-free arrival for guests with special mobility needs.
Wheelchair Hire
For those who require assistance getting around the mall, complimentary wheelchairs are available for hire at our Security Office in middle Basement Lobby 2. Simply present a valid form of identification, and our team will gladly assist you. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend collecting one early during peak times.
